JH Race Parts, LLC provides all products and services "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

By purchasing or using our products, you acknowledge that you are doing so at your own risk. JH Race Parts, LLC does not guarantee that the products will meet your requirements or that the operation of the products will be uninterrupted or error-free.

In no event shall JH Race Parts, LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Return and Refund Policy

All returned items must include an RGA number (Return Goods Authorization).
We will not accept returns after 30 days.
We will not accept returns for special order parts or discontinued items.
All returns must be in new unused condition in original packaging.
All returned parts must be included with your return.
NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON USED PARTS PURCHASES.
If you need to return a part, please follow these steps:
1. Call (815) 370-0348 to get a "Return Goods Authorization" number (RGA#).
2. Write the RGA# on a copy of the original invoice and put inside box. DO NOT WRITE ON PRODUCT PACKAGING.
3. Repack the parts carefully in the original container to avoid damage.
4. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
